At Phraxellphik, we are committed to providing exceptional wardrobe consulting services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

If you are not completely satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure you receive the value you expect.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our wardrobe consulting services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

  • Full refunds are available if you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment
  • Partial refunds (50%) may be issued for cancellations made 24-48 hours before the appointment
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for no-shows
  • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, contact us within 7 days to discuss resolution options

Service Modifications

We understand that your needs may evolve during the consulting process. If you wish to modify your service package:

  • Service upgrades can be arranged at any time by paying the difference in price
  • Service downgrades must be requested before the consultation begins
  • Changes to scheduled appointments can be made up to 24 hours in advance at no charge

Digital Materials

Some of our services include digital materials such as style guides, lookbooks, or personalized recommendations. These materials are non-refundable once delivered, as they are customized specifically for you.

However, if there are errors or issues with the digital materials provided, we will correct them at no additional charge.

Shopping Assistance Services

For our shopping assistance services, please note:

  • Our fee covers the consulting and guidance service, not the purchase of items
  • You are responsible for all purchases made during shopping sessions
  • Returns or exchanges of purchased items must be handled directly with the retailers according to their policies
  • We do not process refunds for items purchased during shopping sessions

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss any concerns about your service:

  • Provide your booking details and explain your concerns
  • Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request and respond

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Certain circumstances may warrant exceptions to this policy. We evaluate each situation individually and strive to find fair solutions that respect both your needs and our business practices.

Force majeure events, medical emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
